Winsome founded the Building Transformation Team to do two things at once: protect South Florida families, and build the leaders who would go on to protect the next ones.
She came up through the field herself, which is why BTT trains the way it does. New agents are taken into real appointments alongside someone experienced rather than handed a recording and wished well. Every private access request is reviewed by a Marketing Director personally, because Winsome would rather bring in fewer people and actually develop them.
Her ring recognition came the same way everything else here does: consistent activity over the years, alongside a team she was building at the same time.
Today she leads recruiting, mentorship and field development across the agency, and she still sits in on Business Overview sessions personally.
