Building Transformation Team

Privacy Policy

Who We Are And What This Policy Covers

Building Transformation Team is a trade name operated by HOUSE OF BEVERLY, the entity name on our federal tax record, registered in Florida as HOUSE OF BEVERLY, LLC. In this policy, "BTT," "we," "us" and "our" mean Building Transformation Team.

This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through buildingtransformationteam.com, joinbtt.com, the private Building Transformation Team account experience hosted at app.joinbtt.com, the emails we send you, and any page or form you reach from those places. It also covers information a Building Transformation Team leader records about a conversation you started with us.

It does not cover the separate privacy practices of PHP Agency, of any insurance carrier, or of any other organization whose website you reach by following a link from ours. Those organizations publish their own policies and we do not control them.

Information We Collect

We collect only what a specific feature genuinely needs. The list below reflects what our systems actually store today.

Identity And Contact Information

Your name, and the email address you give us. On the private-access request form inside your account you may also tell us the city and state you are in. A mobile telephone number is collected in two places: the consultation request form on our Contact page, and the Building Transformation Team appointment booking form shown before you choose a date and time. Each asks for messaging permission as separate, optional choices that you can leave unselected. No other form on this website accepts a telephone number, and the endpoint behind the event RSVP form refuses a submission that contains one.

Authentication Information

If you create a private Building Transformation Team account, you sign in either with Google or with a one-time sign-in link sent to your email address. We never receive or store a Google password. What we hold is your email address, whether and when it was confirmed, and the session records our identity provider keeps so you stay signed in. There is no password for you to set on our side.

Inquiry And Request Information

What you write to us. That includes the message you type on the consultation request form, and the answers you give on a private-access request: whether you hold an insurance license, how you are thinking about your time, how you heard about Building Transformation Team, whether someone referred you, what interests you, and anything you want a leader to be ready to discuss. It also includes your confirmation that the information you gave is accurate and that you accept our Terms and Conditions.

Session And Event Information

If a leader invites you to a private Business Overview session, we record that access was authorized and sent to you, that your personal link was opened, and whether a session was then reserved, rescheduled, cancelled or attended. For a team event, we record what you tell us on the RSVP form: whether you already work with Building Transformation Team, a guest count, whether you plan to attend the partner-hosted convention, whether you have told us you registered with the organizer, your arrival and departure dates, who invited you, and any accessibility, travel or question notes you add.

Progress Information Inside Your Account

If you have an account, we record how far you have moved through the introduction material, the stage your relationship with us has reached, and an audit history of the changes to that stage, including which leader made a decision and any note they attached.

Device And Usage Information

When our analytics are switched on by your consent, we record the page you were on, the hostname of the site that referred you, campaign parameters in the link you followed, a broad device class of desktop, tablet or handheld, and a country code supplied by our hosting provider. We do not store your raw internet protocol address or your browser user-agent string in our analytics records. Instead we combine them with a secret that changes every day and store only a one-way hash, so the same visitor can be counted once within a single day and cannot be linked from one day to the next.

Cookie And Local Storage Information

The record of your cookie choices, and, once you have allowed analytics, a random session identifier that lives only until you close the browser tab.

Communication And Consent Records

Records of the messages we send you and what happened to them, including whether an email was rejected by a mail server or reported as unwanted, and any request from you to stop receiving messages. We also keep proof of consent: which permissions you gave, the exact wording you were shown at the time, and the date, page and internet protocol address recorded when you gave it. This proof is written into your record in our customer relationship management system.

Content You Submit

Anything else you choose to send us, such as a reply to one of our emails.

Please Do Not Send Sensitive Information Through A General Form

The forms on this website are for getting in touch and arranging a conversation. They are not an insurance application and they are not a secure channel for sensitive data. Please do not type a Social Security number, a driver's licence number, a date of birth, medical or health history, bank account, card or payment details, or an existing policy or account number into a message box, a question field or a note on any form here. We do not need any of it to answer you or to book your consultation.

When the time comes to actually apply for coverage, the information an application requires is collected through the carrier's own secure application process, with a licensed agent, under the disclosures that apply to that application. If you have already sent us something sensitive, tell us and we will remove it from the record.

Where The Information Comes From

How We Use Your Information

Artificial Intelligence And Automated Tools

Building Transformation Team may use artificial intelligence and other automated tools to assist with functions such as organizing information, summarizing communications, generating draft content, identifying follow-up actions, routing inquiries, supporting searches and providing recommendations to authorized users. These systems may process information submitted through our services and information maintained in our business systems. AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate and are subject to human review where appropriate. We do not represent AI-generated material as professional legal, tax, financial, medical or insurance advice. We configure and use service providers according to our contractual, privacy and security requirements.

Artificial Intelligence Providers

We do not operate our own artificial intelligence models. Where an automated feature uses one, it reaches a third-party model through a model-routing service, which passes the request to a model operated by a large technology provider. We describe these providers by category rather than by name because the underlying model can change; the categories are a model-routing service and the model operators it connects to.

Training And Model Improvement

We do not build, train or fine-tune any artificial intelligence model of our own using your personal information.

Where a feature sends content to a third-party model provider, that provider's own handling of the content, including whether it may be retained or used to improve their systems, is governed by the agreement and the account settings in force between us and them, and by that provider's own published policy. We select and configure providers according to the contractual, privacy and security requirements described in this policy. If you would like to know which providers a particular feature uses at the time you ask, contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

Human Review

No decision that materially affects you is made by an automated system alone. A private-access request is reviewed and decided by a person, and the record of that decision names the leader who made it. Automated output that reaches you, such as a draft or a summary, is subject to human review where appropriate before it is relied upon.

There is no chatbot or automated agent on this website that you can talk to, so nothing you send us here is answered by a machine pretending to be a person. If any communication from us ever looks automated and you would rather deal with a person, say so, or call (954) 800-0385, and a member of the team will take it from there. You never have to go through an automated system to reach us.

Accuracy Limitation

Automated output can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Nothing produced by an automated tool should be treated as professional legal, tax, financial, medical or insurance advice, and it does not replace the judgment of a licensed professional. If something we send you looks incorrect, tell us and we will check it.

Cookies, Consent And Analytics

The first time you visit, our own consent banner asks what you allow. The categories it offers are Strictly Necessary, Functional, Analytics, Performance, and Advertising And Targeting. Strictly Necessary is always on because it covers the basics that make the site work, including the record of the choice you just made. Everything else is off until you turn it on, and you can change your mind at any time by reopening the cookie preferences from the banner.

Your choice is stored in a cookie on your own browser for up to one year, with a copy in your browser's local storage so the banner does not ask you again on every page.

One category is actually in use today. Analytics enables our own first-party measurement, which runs on our servers rather than through a third-party analytics network. Until you allow Analytics, nothing is written to your browser storage for measurement and no measurement is sent. If you decline, the queued measurement is discarded rather than held.

We also record operational facts about actions you deliberately took, such as an email address being confirmed, an invitation being sent, or a session being reserved. Those are records of our own business process rather than behavioural tracking, so they are kept regardless of the cookie categories you allow.

We do not run third-party ad networks, retargeting pixels or cross-context behavioural profiling on our sites. The Advertising And Targeting category exists in the banner so that your choice is already recorded if that ever changes.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We do use service providers who process information on our behalf, under contract, so they can operate our systems. By category, they are:

Nothing in this section is a sale, a rental or a marketing exchange. Every contact record we hold came directly from the person it describes, through a form on this website or a conversation they started with us. We do not obtain contact details from any outside source, and we have no affiliate or referral arrangement under which your information is passed to another company so that company can market to you.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, when we must respond to lawful process, when it is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Building Transformation Team or of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of the business, in which case this policy continues to govern the information transferred.

Text Messaging And Mobile Information

When you voluntarily provide a mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, Building Transformation Team may use that number to acknowledge a consultation request you submitted, respond to the questions you asked, send the coverage information you requested, schedule and confirm your consultation with a licensed agent, send reminders and any rescheduling or cancellation notice for it, and provide customer support while your request is open. Where you sent us a request and have not yet chosen a time, a message may give you a link to book one. Every link we send by text is on our own website, at our booking page, and we do not use public URL shorteners. Consultations themselves are held by video or in person, whichever you choose when you book, and the joining link or the office address is sent to you by email rather than by text. Where you choose video, the meeting is hosted by our video conferencing provider, and joining it is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. Our telephone number is included in our messages so you can always reach a licensed agent directly instead of using a link. Where you have an insurance application or policy in progress with us, we may also send a non-promotional status update on it, for example that a required document was received or that a review step has completed. We never send quotes, premium figures, policy or account numbers, payment details, medical information or any other sensitive financial or personal data by text; those are handled by telephone, by email or in person with a licensed agent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent by replying STOP or by communicating a clear opt-out request through another reasonable method.

Under this program we respond to your inquiry, provide requested information, coordinate appointments and deliver customer support. Revocation is not limited to a single keyword. Replying with any word or phrase that clearly communicates that you want the messages to stop, such as STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE, will be honoured, and so will a clear request made by telephone, by email or in the course of a conversation with us. Reply HELP at any time for assistance.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in records and text-message consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to operate the messaging program, deliver communications, maintain security or provide support.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile telephone numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Two places ask for a mobile number together with a messaging permission: the consultation request form on our Contact page, and the Building Transformation Team appointment booking form shown before you choose a date and time. On each of them the messaging permissions are two separate checkboxes, one for messages about your request and one for marketing messages. Both start unselected, either or both may be left unselected, and the form submits either way. Providing a telephone number by itself is never treated as permission to text you. No other form on this website accepts a telephone number.

How Long We Keep Information

We do not keep personal information indefinitely by default. We keep each kind of record for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, and then for as long as we are required or reasonably need to keep it. In practice:

When a record is no longer needed for any of these reasons, it is deleted or de-identified. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

How We Protect Information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections, access limited to the people who need it, signed and time-limited links so a private invitation cannot be forged or reused, constant-time secret comparison, verification of the signature on messages received from our email provider, refusal of an action when we cannot confirm that a link is unused, and automated abuse protection on our forms.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we do not promise that our systems are immune from compromise. If you believe your information or your account has been affected, contact us at the address below and we will investigate.

Your Privacy Choices And Rights

Send any request to the contact details at the end of this policy. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, which normally means responding from the email address on your record.

State Privacy Rights

Several United States states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others, give residents rights over their personal information, such as the right to know, to access, to correct, to delete, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and to appeal a refusal.

Whether a particular state law legally covers a particular business is not automatic. It depends on thresholds set by that law, which typically turn on annual gross revenue, the number of that state's residents whose personal information the business processes in a year, whether the business derives revenue from selling or sharing personal information, and whether the business is otherwise exempt. We have not asserted on this page that any one of those statutes covers us, because that is a factual and legal determination rather than a statement of intent.

What we will state is our practice. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in those laws. We honour access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests from residents of any state on the same basis, whether or not the statute compels us to, and you may appeal a decision by replying to it. If a determination is later made that a specific statute applies to us, this section will be updated to name it and to describe any additional mechanism that statute requires.

Children

Our sites and services are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy as our systems and our obligations change. The current version is always the one on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top reflects it. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you.
